I'm about to get on stage and my heart's beating fast, my palms sweaty, and I'm overthinking about myself and how I look.
Anxiety takes over, leaving me feeling powerless and overwhelmed. I just walked up a flight of stairs and shouldn't feel this tired. I shouldn't be this out of breath.
I sat down, grabbed the sides of my body and the excess weight around my waist, and said to myself the one phrase I'd been avoiding for so long, "I am unhealthy."
I start searching for something to fill this void of insecurity and self-doubt.
Food was always a quick fix, but I was only left with more weight and even more diminished confidence.
I was truly hungry for a deeper connection with myself and to break free.
Years of feeling trapped in this cycle pushed me to a breaking point. I decided that something had to change. I no longer wanted to be the person who felt small and insignificant. I yearned for transformation.
So, I immersed myself in studying psychology, spirituality, nutrition, and the human body for the past 20 years.
As I dug deeper, I uncovered the eye-opening truth about diets, shattered myths, and identified the connection to the real path to lasting change and true transformation.
It's not something you start and stop; I learned it's a permanent shift in how you live your life.
This vicious cycle kept me trapped, sad, anxious, and unhealthy. I had to understand how to break this cycle to find happiness.
Through my research and personal experiences,
I realized I had to become aware of my habits and how I might be sabotaging myself.
My journey has been a profound self-discovery, overcoming personal struggles, and embracing a holistic approach to health and happiness.
This connection guided me towards a healthier, happier life.
I became the happiest person in the room.
